These teams consist of a medical billing staff that includes a manager, coders, data entry staff, account representatives and payment posters. These teams are dedicated to their client and are not pulled to perform work for other clients. Over time the team manager and team members develop a close working relationship with the client.

Evolutions utilizes GE Centricity® as its interface engine. This engine allows us to interface with virtually any medical information system capable of generating anything from a flat file to an HL7 file. By capturing demographics electronically, the potential for data entry errors is significantly reduced and the time from the date of service to claims submission can be reduced by days.

We believe having your claims reviewed by our certified coding staff is a key to revenue maximization. Evolution has a full time coding manager and a full time, in-house certified coding staff. Our coding staff has a total of over 50 years collective experience to provide a high level of compliance and coding accuracy. We also maintain multiple reference tools in our extensive library to ensure our staff remains current on the latest coding trends.

Evolutions submits your claims electronically through Gateway EDI. This is a National Company Accreditated by the Electronic Healthcare Network Accreditation Commission (EHNAC). Electronic submission greatly speeds claims processing and also provides an additional edit of claims data, along with informative reports for tracking the adjudication process.
