Thomas Long, President and CEO

Mr. Long has spent the last 25 years in healthcare administration as CEO, COO and administrative director for both start-up operations and established businesses with up to $75MM in revenue. Mr. Long offers specialized industry experience in healthcare, with functional expertise in operation management, billing and collections, managed care contracting, finance, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic planning.

Mr. Long established Prime Health Care Holdings, LLC to develop services that were not being offered by the major hospitals in the St. Louis area. As CEO he operated and held complete responsibility for two healthcare companies with combined revenues of $5MM annually.

He was also COO of Unity Health Services, LLC where he had oversight for a $75MM healthcare operation that included home health care, retail pharmacies, retail optical shops, outpatient rehabilitation and occupational health clinics. Under his leadership three business entities were merged to provide a wide array of ambulatory health care services for the St. Louis Metropolitan area.

For 10 years, Mr. Long directed the operations of rehabilitation and homecare services for St. Anthony's Medical Center in St. Louis. He oversaw the operations of the activities of a revenue center that generated $25MM annually. During this period of his career, Mr. Long made several key innovations that propelled profits to higher levels.

Mr. Long earned is MHA degree from Webster University and his BA in Biology from St. Louis University; Mr. Long is a diplomat in the American College of Health Care Executives.
