Gail Fowler, Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Fowler has 20 plus years experience in the health care field. She has vast experience in health care operations with direct responsibility for various hospital entities, including radiology, laboratory, cardiology, respiratory care, pharmacy and physical rehabilitation. She also has a number of years experience with healthcare information systems.

Ms. Fowler is responsible for overall daily billing operations, new client implementations and maintaining client expectations by monitoring agreed upon client goals and metrics.

Ms. Fowler has been an independent consultant working for Our Lady of Mercy Healthcare in Bronx NY, where she reduced radiology and laboratory operating expenses, combined by $1,000,000.00 over a two-year period. Ms. Fowler acted as project manager for the implementation of the radiology information system for the hospital. As a member of the administrative team, Ms. Fowler was responsible for more than 200 employees and a budget of $15 million.

Ms. Fowler also spent four years with IDX Systems, Burlington VT, as a consultant and implementation manager. She managed radiology system implementation projects for such sites as Kaiser in Hawaii, Dartmouth Hitchcock in Hanover Mass., and Imogene Bassett in Cooperstown NY. She was strategically involved in the design, utilization and integration of healthcare information systems while maintaining the project budget and resources.
